Island Aqua Courier – Terms & Conditions

By using the services of Island Aqua Courier, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before shipping, shopping, or using any related services.

1. General Agreement

By registering for an account, shipping packages, requesting shopping assistance, or using any service offered by Island Aqua Courier, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Island Aqua Courier reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Services Offered

Island Aqua Courier provides:

  • Air freight shipping from the USA to Jamaica

  • Sea freight shipping (currently temporarily unavailable)

  • Door-to-door delivery in and around HOLLAND

  • Island-wide delivery via Knutsford Express and ZipMail (Jamaica Post)

  • Package tracking

  • Online shopping assistance

  • Rewards and referral programs

Service availability may vary and is subject to change.

3. Account Registration

Customers must create an account to use Island Aqua Courier services.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account details up to date.

Island Aqua Courier is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect customer information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, shipping schedules, or third-party delivery partners.

Island Aqua Courier is not liable for delays beyond its control, including delays caused by Customs or courier partners.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All customs duties, taxes, and related charges are determined by Jamaica Customs.

  • Customs fees are not controlled by Island Aqua Courier

  • Any estimates provided through a rate calculator are guidelines only

  • Final charges may differ from estimates

Customers are fully responsible for paying all customs-related charges before delivery or collection.

6. Restricted & Prohibited Items

Customers are responsible for ensuring items shipped comply with Jamaican import laws.

Island Aqua Courier will not be held liable for:

  • Seized items

  • Confiscated goods

  • Fines or penalties imposed by Customs

7. Online Shopping Assistance

Island Aqua Courier may assist customers with online purchases upon request.

  • Customers must approve items and pricing before purchase

  • Once an item is purchased, no refunds are guaranteed

  • Refunds depend solely on the retailer’s policies

Island Aqua Courier is not responsible for retailer errors, quality issues, or warranty claims.

8. Package Inspection & Claims

Customers must inspect packages upon receipt.

Any issues, including damage or missing items, must be reported immediately.
Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and do not guarantee compensation.

9. Rewards & Points Program

Island Aqua Courier offers a shopping points program as a loyalty benefit.

  • Customers earn 1 point per dollar spent

  • 100 points = $1

  • 1,000 points = $10

  • Points are credited after shipment completion and payment confirmation

Points have no cash value and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

10. Referral Program

Island Aqua Courier offers a referral rewards program subject to the following:

  • Referrer receives $150 credit

  • Referred customer receives $100 credit

  • Credits are issued as code credits

  • Referred customer must spend $1,500 for credits to activate

Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and subject to verification.

11. Payments & Fees

All charges must be paid in full before delivery or release of packages.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Failure to settle balances may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services.

12. Third-Party Services

Island Aqua Courier works with third-party partners such as airlines, shipping lines, Knutsford Express, and ZipMail.

Island Aqua Courier is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party providers.

13. Limitation of Liability

Island Aqua Courier is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Delays beyond its control

  • Customs actions or decisions

  • Retailer-related issues

Liability, if any, is limited to the value of the shipping service paid.

14. Termination of Services

Island Aqua Courier reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By using Island Aqua Courier services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
